July 2001: Ahold USA, the domestic arm of the Netherlands-based retailer Albert Heijn, contracted Brave New Software to develop a system to automate electronic distribution of planograms (the schematics used by store personnel to set and reset shelves). This system is also used for in-store shelf stocking execution and back-office compliance checking. Developed in Visual Basic and Oracle. August 2004: Remaining engaged with our clients changing business is crucial. Ahold USA has contracted Brave New Software to make revisions to the software packages to reflect changes in their business needs. September 2006: Brave New Software has been contracted by Ahold USA to update the Shelf Strip Printer component to use a new bar-code printer. This contract underscores our commitment, over the long haul, to our customers!

OSIRIS Palm, a Palm OS based inventory collection application. Used by Waller Inventory Service, Visalia Inventory Service, and Bakersfield Inventory Service, this custom designed application has been in use for 2 years and replaces an embedded system that had become obsolete. Together with the Palm based software (running on a Handera device), a Windows based server collects information transmitted wirelessing and collated into a database for reporting. June 2005: Brave New Software has been contracted by Waller Inventory Service to update the Palm OS software to work with the Palm Tungsten C and to create a new Windows based data collation and reporting tool that will replace the aging MS-DOS based system in use for 15 years.

Image Assistant, a program used to manage the vast numbers of product images used by retailers when creating their shelf schematics. Developed for Planogramming Solutions Inc. March, 2007: Planogramming Solutions has contracted Brave New Software to create an Item Management System based on JDA Software's Intactix Knowledge Base retail database. November, 2007: Planogramming Solutions has contracted Brave New Software to create a Print Definition module to enhance the Item Management System already delivered.
